Cute Ben and Chase

Here are a few things that Ben and Chase have been doing that are just so dang cute. Ben will come in to me in the morning and start telling me about the dreams that he just had. he doesn't exactly say, "mom listen to my dream", but he comes in and starts telling me these great stories. One of my favorites was he came in and told me about how he flew in a rocket with his friends and then there was a shark and... I'm not really sure, but I loved it. Also, ben is good at realizing when I'm not in the greatest mood. Not that I'm yelling or getting mad at him, but he can tell when I'm not having the greatest day and he will say things to me like, "I'm so sorry mommy," even though he hasn't done anything. Or then he'll say, "mommy smile!" or "Talk Mom!". And it does make me feel better and I can't help but laugh. I love Ben. He's so sweet. And he LOVES Chase. Chase is getting to the age where they can actually play together and it's just fun to watch.

Chase is on the verge of walking and he is starting to say words which shocks me. I just can't believe he's old enough already to be doing those things. Actually, he's going to be one year on the 21st of this month! Crazy. I think his "first word" was probably "uh-oh". And he can say "all done" and "Hi". He's a super happy baby and he loves to eat.

They sleep in the same room and after we put them to bed they usually sit there and talk to each other and laugh for a while before they actually go to sleep. But now it's escalated to Ben turning on the lights, putting all of his blankets and pillow in Chase's crib, and crawling in there with him. And then sometimes he will climb up on the dresser and jump from his dresser and land on his bed. I can't help but think this is pretty funny, but I have to go in there and act a little bit upset to make them actually calm down and go to sleep.

I love them... they are so fun.

I took Ben and Chase to the Children's Museum and here are a couple pictures.
This is Ben's favorite part. I love it because he can play here for a while on an amazing train set and I don't feel like we have to have a huge train table at home.
