I went with a few friends of mine to New York a few weeks ago. We flew with Spirit Airlines out of Myrtle Beach and you can get SUPER cheap deals doing it that way. Amanda (she planned the whole thing... Thanks Amanda!!) flies up there often for voice lessons this way.
Anyways... I'd never been to New York so I was way excited and I loved seeing the City. It was a whirlwind trip and we only stayed there one night... but I feel like we saw a lot. Anyways... here's some pictures.

Grand Central Station

Me with Laura Aycock and her Brother who was SOOO nice and he managed to get us free tickets to this tour bus thing called "The Ride." Isn't Laura so cute. She always has that smile.

This is me finishing up the New York Marathon... I didn't even break a sweat.

Central Park... LOVE this place!!

Me and Lauren!!! I love her! We tromped all around Central Park together... she's so fun.

More of Beautiful Central Park.

View out of our Hotel Window... Cool!! Thank You Laura (and Jason) for hooking us up with a free hotel stay!!

There we all are on "The Ride!"

Lauren in Time Square. She's so pretty!

AAAHHH!!! I'm in NEW YORK CITY!!!

Amanda and I standing in front of a huge Pollack painting. Lauren's Uncle hooked us up with free tickets into the Museum of Modern Art. HELLO!! How awesome!! There were a ton of Jackson Pollack, Monet, Van Gough (I'm afraid I spelled that wrong... I'm so educated). Anyways... I thought it was pretty awesome. I could have spent a ton more time in there.

And... I just want to Thank my awesome Husband who says, "That's awesome... You should go!" when I come to him asking if I should go to New York. He spoiled Ben and Chase while I was gone and they had a great time. I love that man!!

Wow! There really aren't many things that can make me feel jealous--I am always happy for my friends when they tell me they're going to Hawaii or Europe or Salt Lake City . . . but New York, I admit I feel a little jealous.
But in a good way--I'm happy for you! Did you eat a hot dog off the street?
I understand that Boyd watched after the kids, but did you have a neighbor come by and take care of Boyd?
